Adaxes Assessment and Support Work Order- Optimizing Adaxes Workflow for HR Management
Our client is a large transportation company. They operate with 1000+ employees spread in 30+ different locations. They required a harmonized solution to manage their growing employee workflows and HR processes.
They did have some self-taught knowledge of Adaxes and positive past support interactions but they were struggling big time doing what they actually wanted. So, they sought WME’s expert guidance to boost Adaxes’ potential, especially with HR automation.
They approached us as seasoned consultants of Adaxes so we could assist them in optimizing their current setup. Our goal was to guide them in upheaving their Adaxes environment and ensuring their Adaxes setup was now better aligned with their HR needs. We improved their workflow processes and provided their teams enough training to empower themselves with any future Adaxes-related necessary skills.
