When deploying Office as part of a build, remember to delete these two registry keys. It will ensure that the user’s name and initials are populated on first run. This should be done from the account that will used as your default.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Common\UserInfo]

“UserName”=”Administrator”

“UserInitials”=”A”

This applies to all versions of Office.
