Government-specific cloud frameworks i.e. GCC High, DoD, will observe a delayed enforcement as its date is October 7, 2025. This allows for extended alignment with policy and compliance mandates. Notably, high volume senders of such malformed messages will temporarily get excluded from enforcement to facilitate an adaptive compliance window.
