Windows Management Experts (WME) is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and play a critical part in shaping solutions and closing deals within Microsoft-centric environments.As a key subject matter expert, you will represent our solution vision while aligning sales, financial, business, and delivery aspects to ensure successful engagements. Your deep knowledge of Microsoft platforms and services will be essential for designing, presenting, and implementing solutions that meet client needs and strategic goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a pre-sales or solutions architect role with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, etc.).
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing/breaking down user stories.
• Strong business process knowledge with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Skilled in SQL, test data creation, and manipulation.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with Product Owners and Agile teams.
• Proven ability to lead solution discussions and close deals using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and support technical pre-sales activities with a focus on Microsoft technology solutions.
• Shape and align solution architecture to meet client goals using Microsoft platforms and tools.
• Act as the subject matter expert in client presentations and solution design discussions.
• Translate business requirements into specific Microsoft-centric technical architectures.
• Develop and maintain standardized Microsoft solution offerings.
• Analyze client requirements and identify gaps or opportunities for Microsoft technology application.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Agile Teams, and delivery partners.
• Participate in requirements meetings, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Write and refine Agile user stories for Microsoft-based solutions.
• Support testing efforts by creating and executing test cases, including SQL query development.
• Attend daily standups, sprint reviews, and system demos.
• Continuously seek process improvements and promote excellence in client delivery.
