WME provided an Adaxes SME to plan and implement onboarding and offboarding automation, including custom integrations with the client’s Penny, Lobus, and CRMS systems, custom scheduled scripts, and a knowledge-transfer session for the IT director and team.
Challenges Encountered & Solved
Client availability was challenging for the team and added delays to the schedule. WME raised the issue with the IT director point of contact and worked out a revised schedule to complete the project.
