The organization needed Adaxes deployed and configured to manage its onboarding processes.
The WME Solution
WME deployed and configured Adaxes to manage the client’s user lifecycles, created self-service password reset and user rights portals, and integrated Adaxes with the client’s Office 365 environment.
Challenges Encountered & Solved
Integrating with the client’s existing HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now and Smart Recruiters) added complexity, but WME worked with interdepartmental client resources to successfully resolve it.
