The organization needed to merge the Office 365 cloud technologies of a newly acquired organization into its own environment.
The WME Solution
WME provided a senior engineer to perform an Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration, including design and implementation of user identity migration, security and compliance access setup, mailbox migration, and collaboration/content migration across SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Planner, and Teams.
Challenges Encountered & Solved
The team experienced some issues within the client’s environment during the migration; WME’s senior engineer worked directly with the client’s security team to resolve them.
