The organization needed assistance porting its phone numbers and Teams configuration over to a new Office 365 tenant.

WME coordinated the number porting, rebuilt the new tenant with a full Teams configuration, and set up calling queues and auto attendants to match the client’s prior setup.
Challenges Encountered & Solved
WME built custom PowerShell scripts to export and import the Teams configuration and used ShareGate to migrate the Teams environment into the new tenant.
