Position Summary
Windows Management Experts (WME) is seeking an experienced Axonius Specialist to support a long-term enterprise cybersecurity and asset intelligence initiative. This role will focus on leveraging the Axonius platform to improve asset visibility, identify coverage gaps, enhance reporting capabilities, and support security operations through effective asset intelligence and data correlation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Axonius administration, dashboard development, query creation, asset inventory management, and cybersecurity operations.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Query Development
- Design, build, and optimize Axonius dashboards and reporting capabilities
- Develop and maintain complex queries to support asset visibility and log coverage requirements
- Enhance reporting functionality to support security and IT operations stakeholders
Coverage Gap Analysis
- Compare Axonius asset inventories against log data sources
- Identify and document asset and log coverage gaps
- Provide recommendations to improve visibility and monitoring coverage
Data Quality & Troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve asset correlation discrepancies
- Troubleshoot data-quality issues across integrated systems
- Analyze complex datasets to identify inconsistencies and root causes
Log Source Onboarding & Integration
- Support the onboarding of new log sources into Axonius
- Coordinate with teams and vendors regarding adapter requirements and configurations
- Manage platform configuration changes related to new integrations
Data Export & Reporting
- Support data exports and downstream reporting requirements
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports and dashboards
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through reporting and analysis
Optimization & Knowledge Transfer
- Continuously improve Axonius configurations and platform performance
- Maintain detailed documentation and operational procedures
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams
Required Qualifications
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring Axonius
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and custom queries
- Experience managing asset inventories and asset intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and IT infrastructure
- Experience analyzing large datasets and troubleshooting data issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within enterprise cybersecurity environments
- Experience supporting asset discovery and inventory initiatives
- Familiarity with log management, data normalization, and security operations workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives
- Experience coordinating with multiple technical and business stakeholders
