The Problem/Opportunity

A North American finance niche corporation approached us for our Adaxes implementation services as they wanted us to implement automation in their user lifecycle management process.

So, we divided the project into three key areas:

1.  Assessment / Recommendations

We evaluated their currently in place Adaxes solution. After this evaluation, we provided them with minor configuration improvements. Then, we followed with some really handy recommendations for process optimization.

2.  Adaxes Upgrade and Office 365 Integration

It was required to upgrade Adaxes and configure its integration with Office 365 for EntraID administration. The goal was to ensure a dependable, future-proof Adaxes solution.

3.  Adaxes Training

Training was required for their in-house staff on managing/administering Adaxes.

All in all, the objective was to improve their user lifecycle management with our services, process upgrades, automation and training of the staff. The ultimate target was to achieve long-term efficiency and security for their solution.

The WME Solution

WME performed a thorough assessment of their existing Adaxes solution and identified areas that needed optimization. Then, after the assessment, we implemented the required upgrades and improved the Adaxes workflow and integrated it with Office 365.

We worked closely with their internal team throughout the project and provided in-depth training on managing Adaxes and creating comprehensive documentation for future references.

The Challenge We Faced & Addressed

The primary challenge we faced was the restriction that their technicians did not have updated permissions in the environment. This impediment had complicated the implementation process quite a lot.

Solution

To overcome this bottleneck, we coordinated even better with the relevant client technicians to perform necessary updates via screen-sharing sessions. This ensured that all changes were made correctly despite permission limitations.

The Final Outcome

We completed the project successfully in two weeks, and the client was extremely satisfied with the results we provided. We significantly improved the Adaxes solution, and Office 365 integration was successfully implemented. Their personnel were deemed well-trained in the end, and they started masterfully managing the system. The customer has since continued their partnership with us. They still purchase our services often and periodically opt for additional Adaxes support and services contracts.
