The organization needed Adaxes set up to provide automated onboarding, assist HR with delegated rights activities, and enable self-service password resets.
The WME Solution
WME stood up Adaxes servers and configured an HR portal, a user account creation portal, and a read-only directory interface for the entire company.
Challenges Encountered & Solved
The customer’s internal security policies required WME’s engineer activity in their systems to be monitored, which added complexity and delays. WME worked with the client to set up extended working sessions and adjust the project timeline to resolve this.
