The Problem / Opportunity
The organization needed its current Adaxes environment reviewed and a solution built to successfully integrate Adaxes with its ServiceNow and Workday implementations.
The WME Solution
WME designed and implemented user lifecycle processes for new hire and user creation and user role management, along with integrations connecting Adaxes to ServiceNow and to the Workday Azure app.
Challenges Encountered & Solved
The project schedule depended heavily on the client’s HR system and team availability, which extended the original timeline. WME worked with the client and secured a change request for additional resources and schedule extension.
