After an initial SCCM installation, the organization wanted to add SCOM for expanded monitoring and SCORCH for additional automation.

The initial setup went smoothly. After further discussion with the client’s application and development team, custom application development was identified as necessary to complete additional automation, which was scoped as a follow-on project.
