ConfigMgr 1602 Console Issues on Windows 10

If you install the ConfigMgr 1602 Console on Windows 10, you may have a connectivity issue that presents the “Cannot connect to site” error. Check that the install added these registry keys:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\ConfigMgr10\AdminUI\QueryProcessors\WQL]

“Assembly Path”=”C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Configuration Manager\\AdminConsole\\bin\\AdminUI.WqlQueryEngine.dll”

“Depends On”=””

“Type”=”Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlConnectionManager”

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ConfigMgr10\AdminUI\QueryProcessors\WQL]

“Assembly Path”=”C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Configuration Manager\\AdminConsole\\bin\\AdminUI.WqlQueryEngine.dll”

“Depends On”=””

“Type”=”Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.ManagementProvider.WqlQueryEngine.WqlConnectionManager”

The path in the “Assembly Path” key may be different for install. Confirm it before proceeding.
