Current Build vs. Current Build for Business in Windows 10 comes down to one check box in Windows Update Advanced Options:

Checking “Defer Upgrades” puts machine in Current Build for Business.

It can also be set with a GPO. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components> Windows Update and configure the “Defer Upgrade” policy. If you enable the setting, it puts machine into CBB.

For more discussion on CB vs. CBB, see this blog post: https://www.windowsmanagementexperts.com/windows-10-versions/windows-10-versions.htm.
