Remote help is a new feature available in InTune and the support staff can connect the end users device and assist with troubleshooting. Both helpers and sharers need to sign into organization (Azure AD) to use this application. Remote help supports for windows 10/11 devices. There is a role based access control (RBAC) should be provided for helper to use Remote help feature. Remote help for Windows with Microsoft Endpoint Manager is application available from Microsoft and can be deployed to enrolled device & un-enrolled devices.

Configuring Viva Connections in the Teams app allows users to use the Intranet portal directly from the Teams app (both mobile and desktop/web). Viva Connections Dashboard takes it to the next level and gives users additional sources of curated news, dedicated apps, navigation links, etc. In This blog post, I will show you how to configure the Dashboard and publish it on your Intranet.

This series will go through all the areas in which we can leverage Windows 11 management especially when we consider it on a cloud and security perspective.

Now we are ready to touch base on areas around application approval workflows. This is basically how we will deal with applications which may have very limited licensing, or perhaps just licensing in general. The key element is to really have a workflow where we can easily track and monitor who has this installed but most importantly there is an intermediary which provides an approval to whether that individual or machine should receive the application based on its licensing limitations.
