Use a GPO to Disable Preview Builds and Configure Telemetry in Windows 10

To prevent your users from installing preview builds, create a GPO (or modify an existing one) go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds. Disable both the “Toggle user control over Insider builds” and “Disable pre-release features or settings” settings.

In this same policy set is the policy of “Allow Telemetry”. This setting controls this box in the Windows 10 settings app, under Privacy > Feedback and diagnostics:

There are four options. You probably want to either set it to 0 or 1 (Security or Basic).
