Securely wipe drives using Sysinterals SDelete. Download from here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897443.

Usage:

sdelete -p 2 -z D:\

This utility will wipe free space, so be sure to format the drive first. The “p” parameter is the number of passes, so adjust that according to your organizational standards.
